By accessing or using edrak, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

edrak provides a managed Arabic AI assistant for WhatsApp and website conversations, including setup, hosting, knowledge-base preparation, channel connection, and launch. Features may evolve over time as we improve the service.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the services in compliance with applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the services. In particular, you will not:

You retain ownership of the content and knowledge-base material you provide. You grant edrak a limited licence to host, process, and use that content solely to operate and improve the assistant for your account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of applicable taxes. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

edrak and its licensors own all rights in the software, website, branding, and underlying technology. These terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the services as described.

The services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The assistant generates responses from your configured knowledge base and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. edrak does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, edrak will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold edrak harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the services, or your breach of these terms.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the service or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which edrak operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
